Membership
Health and Safety should never be Ad Hoc. This is why HSQE has designed a membership service to keep you compliant and up to date. Whatever the risks associated with your organisation, we have a membership level that best suits your needs.
Our Gold package would be ideal if you are a Construction or Rail company. Construction and Rail are deemed high-risk industries, whereas an administration-based organisation with perceivably lower workplace risks could consider the Bronze package.
We provide three-tier levels of Membership: Bronze, Silver, and Gold, which cover all your business requirements. So, if you want an independent, non-biased, competent person to audit your workplace and systems, this may be ideal. Additionally, we have a Pay as You Go service, which speaks for itself.

- If additional requirements, such as site visits, are included in your service membership and all fees are paid in advance for the first year, we will offer a 10% discount on the total first-year costs only. Please note that this discount is not added to the training discount already applied.
- Where the client chooses to pay the fees annually, subsequent years’ fees shall be payable in advance and subject to a 2.5% increase. Don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.
- If you opt in to any Membership Service Level Agreements and work falls outside the confirmed and agreed scope of work, the following rates shall apply. *Hourly Rate – £85.50 charged at a minimum of 6 hours. Day Rate (8 hours) – £385.00 (This can be in addition to, or replace, the site visits option; site visits are as and when required and invoiced separately to keep costs down).
- Notes: All fees are subject to VAT at the applicable rate of 20%. Please note that if you ‘choose’ not to use your allotted training and/or site visits, they DO NOT accrue or carry over, and you will lose the allocation of training and site visits for that year.
- Expenses: Site Visits – Office Visits – Mileage is charged at 0.55 pence per mile to and from the visited location. Train fares are recharged at the cost of a standard class fare.
