We use HSQE Consultancy Ltd services on a bi-annual basis to complete a H&S audit on our residential apartment block for insurance purposes, which we will continue doing so for the foreseeable future.  Their inspections and reports being accepted by our block landlord and insurers thereby ensuring continuing regulatory compliance.
